RT-PCR/NAAT + Antibody Test

Service Description

Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test for COVID-19 PLUS signed requisition for Antibody test required by some countries. You will be required to take the signed requisition for the antibody test to a LifeLabs location and have the antibody blood test completed through them directly. PCR test is $149 + tax Antibody requisition, including LifeLab fee, is $125 + tax

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 72 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued if you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours. A refund will take 7-10 business days. Please note that appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment as well as missed appointments, will only receive a partial refund and are subject to a fee of $50.
