Rapid Antigen Testing for Groups of 4

Service Description

Rapid antigen testing for 4 individuals. This service is available solely for the convenience of groups of 4 (such as families) who are comfortable with being tested during the same 10 minute frame. The cost of testing per person is the same as booking for an individual. Please Note: Tests are run in our clinic and results are typically processed within 20 minutes. We only perform testing for asymptomatic individuals. Therefore, if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 you should follow the guidelines of local Public Health Authorities. Should you have any uncertainty or feel that you have symptoms of COVID-19, contact your health care provider, or call 8-1-1. Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 72 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued if you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours. A refund will take 7-10 business days. Please note that appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment as well as missed appointments, will only receive a partial refund and are subject to a fee of $50.
